Pete Doherty's favourite new band my balls!!
Are you kidding on when you say £8 to see Popup.
No disrespect to either of the other bands in this comment, all of which i have heard and enjoyed but if Popup have demanded silly money thus making it £8 to get in then it's an absolute scandal.
Popup have no following, a couple of wanky radio DJ's talking about them on air but only through contacts.
Blatant rip off in my opinion.

Cheers Blair. That certainly helped with promotion. Im not sure, but dont think Popup decided the price. More to do with putting it on at The Civic halll. I know you dont like them mate, but i know the promoter loves them and hes excited about putting us all on.
Anyway, i still reckon itll be a good one.

No need. Hope it's a good un Blake. Apologies if it offends but we are all punters at one point too. The Fratellis, The Paddingtons, The Subways, The Little Flames, Arctic Monkeys have all played The Brickyard when they were at a level well beyond where Popup are just now and it was cheaper on the door to all of these gigs. The people who want to go will still go, and as i have said, i like Indigo SKins & also what i have heard of SOT+F, it's nothing against what you guys are doing. I hope it's a good night for you all & apologies again if i offended you.
