Albums- Shins- Wincing The Night Away
Interpol- Turn On The Bright Lights
Bloc Party- Weekend In The City
Tracks- Everything by The Maccabees and Maximo Park- Our Velocity stand out for me at the moment.
Heard Kubichek! album other day (briefly). Not bad, like to hear more. Also heard band called Johhny Foreigner, who sound pretty good.

Really into Acoustic Ladyland - Skinny Grin at the mo. Also in the middle of listening to Under The Pipal Tree by Mono - lovely stuff.

Skinny Grin is fantastic isn't it! though I had trouble tracking down a copy, Virgin's stock control said they had one in stock but it wasn't to be found. I picked it up last time I went to Manchester no bother

Weld is brilliant too. Not a fan of that cover of Blowing In The Wind though

I quite like the cover of Blowin' In the Wind actually, though the air-raid sirens and gunshot noises almost ruin it.
That's a different boxset David, I got a new one in the mail today. 4cds, and a 45 page booklet. Good stuff. Too much to take in at once though.

The new cribs song makes me happy. Can hear a pavement influence in the verse vocals.

Playthroughs by Keith Fullerton Whitman is a pretty good listen at the moment. Ambient electronica, I guess. When it's quiet outside and yr window is open.

Rainbow by Boris and Michio Kurihara. The Heamophilliac Dream by 5ive. Black Tar Prophecies Vol's 1, 2 and 3 by Grails. The Reminder by Feist. Uakti by Philip Glass.
All excellent albums. Truely recomended. You have to shell out £17/18 quid for Rainbow though, wherever you look, which is horrible.

So do the Flying Burrito Brothers. But today, I mainly listened to Leadbelly. And this one Muddy Waters song, 'I Be's Troubled'.
Heavy.
